Staples is offering 15% off of iTunes gift cards when you purchase them in denominations of $50 or more in-store. As a reminder, purchases made with a Chase Ink card earn 5X Ultimate Rewards points.
Staples.com is also selling $50 iTunes gift cards for $44.49, which amounts to an 11% discount. Although portals don’t generally pay for the purchase of gift cards at Staples, lately some people have reported success when going through mileage portals run by Cartera.
iTunes gift cards are often on sale for 10-20% off, but this provides a good opportunity to earn 5X along with a decent discount.

Is this deal not scalable/stackable? Go to Staples, buy physical gift card at 5x UR, then go to portal like TopCashBack at 8% to make purchase with gift card? I am just curious. I haven’t purchased anything from Apple in years.
It might be possible to do that, but keep in mind that you can only buy music, movies, games, etc with iTunes gift cards. They are not the same as Apple gift cards.
Tunes gift card to then buy the iPhone or a laptop from Apple?
Afraid not. You would need an Apple gift card to do that. iTunes gift cards can only be used to buy stuff in the iTunes store (music, movies, etc)
