If you need to make a vacation rental booking through Vrbo in the next couple of weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to earn 3x JetBlue TrueBlue points when doing that. There are other options for earning rewards on Vrbo reservations though, so this will likely only make sense for frequent JetBlue flyers and/or those looking to earn Mosaic status with them.

Quick Thoughts
3x TrueBlue points is potentially a good return, but there are other options that can reward you on Vrbo stays. United’s partnership with Vrbo also offers a 3x return, while some shopping portals are, at the time of writing this, offering 3% cashback.
This JetBlue/Vrbo promotion will therefore make the most sense for people who anticipate getting better value when booking award flights with JetBlue than with United. It could also be useful for anyone chasing status with JetBlue. That’s because Vrbo bookings through Paisly by August 25 will not only earn 3x TrueBlue points, but you’ll also earn Tiles towards Mosaic status. If you have JetBlue credits cards, you earn 1 Tile per $1,000 of spend. However, if booking travel through Paisly by JetBlue, you’ll earn 1 Tile per $100 of spend. Earning 300 JetBlue points + 1 Tile for every $100 spent on Vrbo stays could therefore be a decent return versus your other options.
From August 26 onwards, those Tile earnings will remain the same, but you’ll only earn 1 mile per dollar rather than 3x.
