Update 2/23/21: SeatSpy has temporarily extended this offer “for a few more days”, but they haven’t given us a specific new end date or time for it.

Today is the last day to lock in “founder” pricing with SeatSpy.  This offer ends at 7pm ET today (Feb 22, 2021).

In my opinion, SeatSpy is an awesome tool for finding non-stop award availability on select airlines.  See these posts for details:

SeatSpy is free for basic British Airways award searches, but you’ll have to pay to get more.  Fortunately, SeatSpy is offering promotional pricing through February 22, 2021, as follows:

Monthly Pricing:

SeatSpy offers a “Cancel Subscription” button within their website so it is very easy to cancel if you decide that it’s not worth the cost.

My Take

Even though this tool currently supports a very limited selection of airlines, support for United Airlines alone makes it worth the price in my opinion.  If you lock in the annual rates, you’ll pay only about $30 per year for Premium or about $50 per year for First Class.  Personally I’d go for the $50 option since it allows unlimited alerts.  I have no idea about their plans for “Experiences alerts (e.g. hotel rewards),” but whatever that is might prove to be a valuable First Class feature in the future.  That said, I wouldn’t recommend paying now for something that might be valuable in the future.  My advice is to lock in the price now if the current feature set makes it worthwhile to you.

I am happy to get on board, but my first search – UA IAD-SYD (or NAR, AKL) fails because the destinations aren’t in the drop down list. This must be a glitch, yes?

Just purchased first class thru your site.

For anyone yet to purchase a subscription, it posts as an intl charge so be sure to pick a cc with no foreign transaction fees!
