Marriott Homes & Villas seems to have some kind of bonus points promotion running perpetually. Its latest is offering double points on all stays of three or more nights through the end of of the year, although you have to book by July 26.
The Deal
- Earn double points on Marriott Homes & Villas stays of 3+ nights.
- Must register by 7/26/24 and complete stay by 12/31/24
Key Terms
- A “stay” is defined as three (3) or more consecutive nights spent at the same property, regardless of check-in and check-out activity.

- Registered Marriott Bonvoy Members earn double base points per qualifying U.S. dollar for each eligible paid stay at a participating home rental booked between July 8, 2024 (12:01 AM EST) – July 26, 2024 (11:59 PM EST) through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website (“HVMB Platform”).
- Payment for the stay must be made in cash or credit card.
- Stays of three (3) or more consecutive nights must be completed during the promotion earning period, beginning July 12, 2024, up to and including nights stayed on or before December 31, 2024.
- After the stay is completed, the promotion bonus Points awarded will be equal to the number of base Points earned per stay. Therefore, for each qualifying U.S. dollar spent, 10 total Points will be awarded.
- Charges that do not qualify for Points include, but are not limited to, taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, security deposits, and extra add-on services purchased and/or applied to home rentals booked through the HVMB Platform.
- Marriott branded hotels, branded residences, and Marriott Executive Apartments are not included/eligible for this promotion.
- Award redemption stays where Points are redeemed for a portion of, or the entire stay are not eligible for the promotion.
Quick Thoughts
Double points isn’t the best promotion that Marriott Homes & Villas has ever run, but it’s a nice bonus if you were going to be booking stays with them anyway.
Marriott will often drop a Homes & Villas Amex Offer during these sorts of promotions, which can be a great way to stack a discount on top of the bonus points. Keep an eye on your Amex accounts and let us know if you see one.
