Marriott Homes & Villas runs promotions far more frequently than Marriott Bonvoy does for hotels, with a new offer giving 10% off. There’s a few restrictions with this latest promo though based on location, booking date and stay dates.

Key Terms
- A “stay” is defined as two (2) or more consecutive nights spent at the same property, regardless of check-in and check-out activity.
- The 10% discount is available on both cash and Marriott Bonvoy point redemption bookings (excluding Free Night Awards).
- Registration is not required for this promotion.
- Save 10% per eligible stay at a participating home rental booked between May 25, 2024 (12:01 AM EST) – June 2, 2024 (11:59 PM EST) through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website (“HVMB Platform”).
- Stays of two (2) or more consecutive nights must be completed during the promotion earning period, beginning May 27, 2024, up to and including nights stayed on or before June 30, 2024.
- A select number of homes are excluded from the 10% Off Sale.
- For participating homes, the 10% Off Sale discount will be automatically applied to the nightly rate during the checkout process. Taxes, fees, and any incidental expenses will not be discounted.
- Changes to method of payment and any date modifications cannot be processed after the booking is completed. A full cancellation is required. Please review the cancellation policy of your selected home closely prior to booking.
- Award redemption stays where Points are redeemed for a portion of, or the entire stay are not eligible for the promotion.
Quick Thoughts
10% isn’t a huge discount, but if you were going to be booking a stay at some point through the end of June then the savings will be nice to have.
As far as I’m aware there isn’t a Marriott Homes & Villas Amex Offer at the moment as the last one expired mid-April. With the start of a new month approaching, there’s a chance that a new Amex Offer will show up in the coming days, but possibly not in time for the last booking date of June 2. American Express seems to launch new Amex Offers in bulk on the first Monday of a month which, in June, will be June 3.
