Quick Thoughts
These waived purchase fee deals can be a decent deal if you have a cheap and easy way to liquidate them. You won’t pay any fees if you buy the digital versions of the cards; if you buy physical cards, you’ll still have to pay shipping fees.
Don’t pay for any of these cards with an Amex card because purchases from Incomm-owned sites don’t earn rewards on Amex cards.

Purchases always get declined no matter what card i use and no matter if I check out with paypal or not. I have made purchases in the past successfully. their websites are pretty horrendous to deal with
