Update 11/25/20: Discover has added Best Buy as a category for purchases from November 25 to December 31, 2020. Although the other Discover 5% categories are online-only, Best Buy purchases are valid both online and in-store. h/t Doctor of Credit

All of the credit cards with rotating quarterly categories have now opened registration for Q4 2020.
