Two unrelated deals appear to have died yesterday. In both cases I think it’s likely they’ll be back so I’m marking them “MIA” (Missing in Action) rather than dead.
Citi Premier 40K signup bonus gone
The public Citi Premier 40K offer disappeared a while ago, but Shawn quickly found a working link and posted it to our Best Offers page. Unfortunately, that link died at some point yesterday.
Citi has made huge strides in making the Premier card not just competitive with the Chase Sapphire Preferred card, but in some ways even better (such as offering 3X travel AND gas). Without a signup bonus, though, they’re going to quickly lose ground to Chase. So, it seems to me extremely likely that we’ll see this offer reappear soon, and maybe (probably?) it will be increased to 50K.
1800Flowers offer code for 1750 Southwest points per order “expired”
Yesterday, 1800Flowers had a brand new web interface (but seems to have reverted back to the old one today). I don’t know if it’s related, but another big change yesterday was that the offer code RR94 stopped working. Today, if you try to use the code you’ll get a message stating that the promotion code has expired. This is strange since the URL for the code still takes you to 1800Flowers and shows an expiration date of May 9th 2016.
I’m hoping that they’ll fix this soon. For more details about 1800Flowers and the use of offer codes, please see: 1800Flowers Extreme Stacking promo codes, portals, gift cards, and more.
UPDATE 4/25/2016: The 1800Flowers offer is live again, but now has a new code RRMD24 and also now has a 5 purchase limit.
The direct link now takes you to a page with the same 1750 point banner, but new code RRMD24
Meant to thank you yesterday for pointing this out. This was how I noticed that they had added the new 5 purchase limit to the deal.
I contacted 1800Flowers about the Southwest promo code not working and they gave me promo code RR95 to try instead. I’m not sure if this will give 1750 miles though.
Thanks Barry. Did they tell you that the RR95 code was for 1750 points per order?
They never specifically said that RR95 is for 1750 points.
I would like to phone in an order for flowers, does anyone know the phone number for …………….. 1800-FLOWERS?

1800Flowers offer code for 1750 Southwest points per dollar?
Or per order?
Arg! I’ve made that mistake so many times! Thanks. Fixed.
For a second you had me worried. Thought i missed out on 1750 points per dollar!
