Rakuten has increased the rates for more than 500 stores to 10% or 10x Membership Rewards. This includes merchants where Amex Platinum cardholders can earn rebates such as Dell for Business Platinum cardholders and Saks Fifth Avenue for consumer Platinum cardholders.
