Some folks have reported that the 2 card/membership limit seems to reset on a weekly-ish basis (YMMV).

20% off Instacart gift cards is a great deal and can be good for both personal use and for reselling. In fact, I’m surprised to see that this has hung around so long. Initially, we thought that the limit of two per membership was probably helping the longevity of the deal, but there are numerous data points of people being able to buy more gift cards on the same membership after waiting for a week or so from the first purchase.
If you have a Costco Executive membership you’ll earn 2% back in addition to the 20% off.

Looks like Sams Club will have SWA $500 cards on sale for $450-extra $20, starting on 3 May, for the weekend only. At least the mailer shows that. Just FYI.
DP: I’ve been buying one every week or so since December. Generally if I try for two my order gets cancelled.
