Quick Thoughts
As noted at the top, many routes are on sale. Here are some example prices out of New York JFK;
You’ll find deals from all of the other US gateways as well, including Los Angeles to Tokyo from $450 in economy or $950 in premium economy and many more.
The deal from New York to Frankfurt comes around now and then and it’s solid. It is available for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday departures and returns through the end of the schedule.
These flights should also show up via the various credit card portals. For example, I see them via the Chase Portal from 132,530 Ultimate Rewards points round trip when using a Sapphire Reserve account.
If you have an Amex Business Platinum your net cost would be 129,220 Membership Rewards points after the 35% pay-with-points rebate, though you’d need to have 198,800 points to start and wait for the rebate.
Since you’ll also earn miles on these trips, either way would be a decent redemption if you’re looking for business class to Europe.
There are plenty of other deals to be had and you should be able to book them from most online travel agencies.
Make sure you’re using the Best credit cards for Black Friday deals. We’ve added this to our running list of Black Friday Deals.
