Capital One Offers refers to shopping offers that Capital One cardholders see in their credit card login (not to be confused with Capital One Shopping, the public shopping portal — see this post for disambiguation). Danny the Deal Guru reports that some cardholders are being targeted with an offer to get 60,000 Capital One Miles with a specific subscription to The Motley Fool, but finding the offer isn’t as straightforward as it is with some others.

Danny reports that this is a targeted offer (and experience in finding the offer varies based on the comments on his post). Some folks have reported finding it on a Venture card and others on a Venture X.
There are a few unique things to know about this offer:
- This is only an offer for Capital One cardholders and it is targeted, so you may not have it
- The “search” feature at CapitalOneOffers.com is not working for this particular offer (if you search The Motley Fool, you may find a lesser offer, but probably not this one).
- Instead, to find this offer, you will likely need to scroll to the bottom and click “view more offers” several times. Then, use Ctrl+F on your keyboard to search the page for “up to 180,000”.
- The headline offer is 180,000 for The Motley Fool’s most expensive subscription (which apparently costs $14,000). I don’t recommend doing that. However, the “Epic” subscription costs $299 and those targeted should see an offer to get 60,000 Capital One miles with that Epic subscription.
Again, many people probably won’t have this offer at all (my wife didn’t have it on her Venture, Venture X, or Spark Cash cards) and it will not be as straightforward to find even if you have it. However, if you do have the offer, it is a pretty good deal. At a base level, 60,000 miles can be redeemed for $600 worth of travel purchases with Capital One Purchase Eraser. Transferred to partners, the miles could be even more valuable. Even if you don’t value the subscription at all, it could be worth paying $300 to get 60,000 miles (a cost of 0.5c per mile).
That said, I don’t personally find value in a stock-predicting subscription and there is the added hassle of needing to remember not to let the plan auto-renew for $300 next year if you don’t value that, either. Still, the juice could be worth the squeeze if you are targeted.

This could be quite the hassle, I did a similar deal with Klaviyo a while back. Did everything according to the terms and they clawed back the miles. Eventually was able to get the equivalent refunded back in dollars, but wasn’t worth the headache in calling customer service when they clawed miles back with the no reason given.
I didn’t find this, but I did see a 25x offer for PointsYeah!
CO has the longest list of offers I’ve ever seen. It took forever to load all of them for me & P2 to determine we didn’t have it. But if CO were smart they would do some sort of “golden ticket” super offer like this or better. Scrolling through the pages and pages and pages of offers, there were some decent ones there I never would have looked for. Would be a great way to get people to engage with this otherwise totally unwieldy set of offers.
That was quite a drive, wasn’t it? I continued to the very bottom driven by my occasional OCD tendencies combined with morbid curiosity. I did not know I had 2X miles on Hess Toy Truck, but now I do.
I don’t see any offers for Motley Fool. There was probably an error when setting up the offer, it was likely supposed to be 6k but ended up at 60k. It would have been quite the deal
The deal wasn’t there for me, but I do have a tip on how to search the page.
In chrome, right click on the page and select “inspect”, then when the panel pops up on the side, click into it, hit ctrl + f, and search for “fool” or any store you’re looking for. If the website link has the store name, as many do, it’ll take you right to it.
You’ll still need to load the whole page by scrolling all they way to the bottom, or continual hitting “Load More” until there’s no more left to load, before using this search technique.
This came out 4-5 days ago (I did it) and I think died in a day or so.
I do not know how quickly it died, but I saw it when as an offer the day it was posted on DoC and I do not see it now. I should have jumped then, oh well. On a slightly positive note, this post made me look and caused me to cancel/rebook a Hilton for next week to get 11 miles/$.
