Note that points earned through this portal do count towards the Southwest Companion Pass (yes, I tested to make sure of this after the 1800Flowers deal stopped working).

I have NEVER had a purchase through the SW portal track. I have ALWAYS had to call to get he credit. So, anyone have some clues as to what I am doing wrong? Use Firefox, I am sure cart is empty at Staples, start at SW portal.

Do you have AD BLOCK on your browser? I always turn mine off just in case. I bought the $200 visa gift cards. hope it tracks on their portal! It better! 🙂

The SWA portal has been very reliable for me. I use Chrome and make sure not to install any browser add-ons (such as Adblock, or toolbars).
I guess Chrome in incognito should do the trick than.
Will the Southwest portal pay out for physical gift cards from Staples?
Last time the bonus was 6x and my physical Sears cards didn’t
It seems as if Staples is only paying out for e-gift cards through portals and possibly not for all portal/e-gift card combinations

No, the double dip is:
1. Go thru portal to buy gift cards
2. Go through portal to Kmart or Sears to use gift cards
Alternatively, go to Sears in person to see if they’ll let you buy a different gift card with your Kmart gift card
Did peoples’ points from third-party gift cards at Staples post during the last deal?
I still haven’t received mine from two separate GC orders. I have received points from non-bonused orders made before an after.
Someone on a forum said he requested the points from the portal for his two orders, was granted points for one order, but denied the other.
To maximize 5X @ KMart if you buy physical gift cards that will count, right?
