Doctor of Credit reports that orders might be getting cancelled — if that’s the case, keep in mind that Best Buy stores will usually match Best Buy online pricing, so you may be able to get it honored in-store on the physical cards.

As noted at the top, Doctor of Credit reports orders getting cancelled, though some users at Slickdeals seem to have had success (though not all). In my experience, I’ve been able to get stores to match BestBuy.com prices in the past without issue, so you might try that if you are having trouble with online orders.
