Quick Thoughts
This is a targeted offer, so check your emails to see if you have anything from Kroger today. The subject line in the email I received from them was ‘Here’s 10% off on us!’, but companies sometimes use different subject lines for the same type of email so it’s worth opening any emails you get from Kroger today in case it’s in one of those.
Target and Kroger gift cards are excluded from this offer, but many other brands are available. They sadly don’t sell Best Buy gift cards online, but brands like Disney, Apple, Airbnb and eBay are all available. Home Depot is another brand they don’t sell online directly, but you can buy either Giving Good Habitat For Humanity or Cheers To You! gift cards and convert them online to Home Depot gift cards as a workaround.
Another bonus of this offer is that you’ll earn 2x fuel points on the purchase. If you buy $1,000 of gift cards, that means you’ll earn 2,000 fuel points. You can redeem 1,000 fuel points for $1 off per gallon on up to 35 gallons of gas. If you can max out those redemptions by filling a vehicle with a large gas tank or taking two family vehicles for filling up at the same time, that’s another $70 of savings.
