If you have a SoFi Money debit card that you haven’t used in the past 90 days, SoFi has launched a promotional offer to get $5 back when you spend $20+ on the debit card. My wife hasn’t used her SoFi debit card in a long time and received this offer today with the subject line, “We miss you, [Name]! Get $5 back after your next purchase.” The terms indicate that SoFi Money Members that have not used their SoFi Money account to make a purchase in the last 90 days are eligible.

Quick Thoughts
This is a relatively small offer, but five bucks is five bucks. At the very least, we could use Fluz. Keep in mind that person-to-person payments are excluded. I don’t actually see anything that excludes money order or bill pay transactions, though on the other hand it should be easy enough to use this organically.
I’ve read over this several times, and I cannot tell if the $20 purchase has to be done in credit mode or debit mode. Or either one?
