TravelCon is/was a one-day event for frequent travelers to learn and discuss advanced topics. Despite its name, TravelCon has focused heavily on manufactured spend techniques (techniques for increasing credit card spend and getting your money back) and only lightly on actual travel. A similar sounding set of seminars (say that three times fast!), Frequent Traveler University (FTU), often has similar content but is usually more focused on travel. And, unlike TravelCon, FTU is usually run as a multi-day event starting with a Friday evening reception followed by info sessions on Saturday and Sunday.
Now, the TravelCon organizers have teamed up with Frequent Traveler University. Instead of TravelCon, they are now running their “full-day intensive manufactured spend bootcamp” as an optional component of each FTU.
FTU Signature Event Vegas April 29-May 1 with TravelCon 3 MS Bootcamp April 30th
The first of these manufactured spend (MS) bootcamps is scheduled for the FTU Signature Event Vegas on April 30th. The bootcamp has long been sold out, but the larger FTU event still has a few openings. I will be presenting at both. If you’re planning to attend, please don’t miss my new presentation on Extreme Deal Stacking at the regular session.
Details and registration information can be found here.
FTU Advanced DC August 5-7 with TravelCon 4 MS Bootcamp
A new FTU Advanced session will be held August 5-7 in Washington DC. In this case, registration for FTU and the ms bootcamp are all in one ($249 for the weekend). Some tickets are still available, but I expect this one to sell out soon.
Details and registration information can be found here.

Yah! Keeping talking about it. Even though you are in the throws of killing it off. There is always one more sucker to milk before this thing ends. Squeeze every nickle out of it you can brother. Going back to a real job eventually is gonna be a bitch.
That line up shows a real lack of diversity. It’s this some kind of Old Boys Club?
MS bootcamp already sold out.
