Hilton announced yesterday that to celebrate the United States’ 250th birthday this year, they’ll be making a series of unique and generous experiences bookable for only 250 points. Sounds great, huh?
It is, if you’re able to get your hands on one. However, there’s a greater chance of Hilton moving to a Wyndham-like 7,500/15,000/30,000 point fixed award chart than of you snagging one of these experiences for 250 points unless you have an ultra-hyper-super-duper-deluxe bot.

The Deal
- Redeem 250 points for Hilton Honors America Experiences.
- Direct link to offer.
Key Terms
- Launches May 26, 2026 with one drop per week.
Quick Thoughts
It looks like there’ll be a total of 13 different Hilton Honors America Experiences over the course of the summer that’ll only cost 250 points. The first five have been announced:
- Flora-Bama Fishing Rodeo
- The Great American Pup-triotic Celebration
- Roswell UFO Festival
- VIP (Very Important Pickle) at the Picklesburgh Festival
- The Great American Outdoor Adventure in Utah
Even if you have zero interest in the activities involved, it’d totally, in theory, be worth trying to win one of these experiences. That’s because all of them are a package for up to four people and include a whole load of extras. For example, the Great American Outdoor Adventure includes the following:
-
Four-night stay in a standard room at Hampton by Hilton (Be My Guest Certificates)
-
National Parks Annual Pass
-
Private astronomer-led Dark Sky stargazing experience by Bryce Canyon Stargazing, including professional astrophotography keepsake
-
One day pass at Zion Canyon Hot Springs, including a unique VIP tour of the history and restorative power of the Hot Springs pools and a private cabana (pending availability)
All of the already-announced packages include a three or four night stay at a Hampton by Hilton which comes in the form of a Be My Guest certificate. I believe that the certificates you’ll get will be restricted for use at the Hampton by Hilton brand, but you could presumably book your stay for the event with points—or stay at an entirely different hotel—and save the certificates for a Hampton somewhere else that would otherwise require a significantly larger number of points. Now, whether there is a better use of the certificates is another question, but there should be some semblance of flexibility there.
For example, the Hampton by Hilton in Roswell, NM appears to cost 40,000 points per night. If you redeemed points for that stay, you could perhaps redeem the certificates for a Hampton in New York City that costs 80,000+ points per night.
What would be amazing is if the Be My Guest certificates could be redeemed for a standard room at any Hilton property worldwide, but I think they’re only going to be redeemable at the Hampton brand.
All this is likely made moot though by the miniscule likelihood that you’ll manage to redeem a paltry 250 points for one of these packages. That’s because there’s only one package for each of the five experiences already announced. The chance that you’ll manage to be the first person who’s able to click on the ‘Buy Now’ button is infinitesimal, especially because there’ll no doubt be people out there with some kind of bot programmed to click the button before your page has even thought about starting to refresh.
This kind of promotion is therefore great marketing for Hilton—hey, it’s worked!—but I personally won’t be wasting any time trying to win any of these, no matter how much my wife would love the Great American Pup-triotic Celebration package.
