The brokerage app Webull has launched a new referral promotion which is slightly better than the one which just ended as you’ll earn 4 or 11 free stocks when referring one or two new members respectively.
The Deal
- Webull is offering a referral bonus whereby you can receive a total of 11 free stocks after successfully referring two new customers who each open their accounts by 4/28/21 and deposit at least $100 as per the following:
- 1st successful referral = 4 free stocks
- 2nd successful referral = 7 free stocks
- Each subsequent referral = 2 free stocks for each

- Successful referral: A new user uses the referee’s unique referral link to sign up, open and fund a brokerage account with at least $100 within 30 days of signing up.
Quick Thoughts
This is slightly better than the referral promotion that Webull ran during the first couple of weeks of April as that offer awarded three free stocks for your first referral, whereas this promo awards four free stocks. The minimum value of the free stocks hasn’t changed, so you should earn free stocks worth at least $32 for your first referral and free stocks worth a total of at least $88 if you refer two new members.
Note that the people you refer have to deposit $100 by April 28, but that $100 doesn’t have to be invested in stocks – it can just sit in a cash account which means there’s no risk in their “investment” going down.
I think the people you refer will end up earning two free stocks themselves; one for simply opening an account with Webull and a second one for depositing $100. If the two people you refer are in your household, between the three of you you’ll earn free stocks worth well over $100 which is a great return for an investment of only $200 which can be held in cash.
