Wyndham Rewards launched a sale on paid stays yesterday which has some attractive-sounding headline numbers. You can save 15% on stays of one night, with increasing discounts up to 30% for stays of four or more nights.
This sale does indeed appear to offer some genuine savings for the most part, but if you’re a Wyndham cardholder you might be able to save even more.

The Deal
- Wyndham Rewards is running the following sale for properties in the US and Canada:
- Stay 1 night – save 15%
- Stay 2 consecutive nights – save 20%
- Stay 3 consecutive nights – save 25%
- Stay 4+ consecutive nights – save 30%
- Direct link to offer.
Key Terms
- Book by December 5, 2025 for stays through May 29, 2026.
- Select hotels are not participating in this offer.
Quick Thoughts
I was initially dubious about this sale as I tried searching for a couple of upcoming stays in the UK, but didn’t see any kind of Cyber sale pricing. That was my fault though as I quickly realized that this sale is only valid on properties in the US and Canada.
However, when then searching for a random four night stay in early March in the Outer Banks, I struck out with the first property I checked. The Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Nags Head Oceanfront didn’t have Cyber sale pricing for those dates, despite not being on the list of hotels opting out of this sale.
I did then have success with another nearby hotel – the Days Inn by Wyndham Kill Devil Hills Oceanfront – Wilbur. There were multiple rooms bookable at this property, all of which were eligible for the Cyber sale discount. As you can see, that special rate is lower than the Standard Rate, as well as numerous other rates that were non-refundable, despite the fact that the Cyber sale rate can be cancelled (at this hotel at least) 24 hours before 4pm of the day of arrival.

You might have noticed something in the screenshot above though. Despite the non-refundable Wyndham cardmember rate being much higher than the Cyber sale rate, the refundable cardmember rate (albeit with a 72 hour cancellation policy) is even cheaper. Some may prefer to book a rate that’s less than $3 more expensive in order to have an even more flexible cancellation policy, but it’s interesting that cardmembers can still obtain a cheaper rate than the sale rate – at least in some cases anyway.
Don’t forget that you can earn 50x on stays through the end of this year if you already have Diamond status, as well as bonus points for every two nights you stay courtesy of this promo. Note that with that latter promo the nights don’t even have to be consecutive, whereas with this Cyber sale the nights do have to be consecutive if you want the ever-increasing discounts.
Also don’t forget that there are several targeted Amex Offers (see here and here) giving discounts on Wyndham stays depending on the brand you’re staying at, plus you can earn rewards from a shopping portal on paid stays; you can check the current rates here, here, and here.
