I received a promotion for a JetBlue Plus card, but it sounds like the details might be a little different for each person. The general idea is the same, though: you can earn “Tiles” toward your TrueBlue status by spending a certain amount of money on your card.
Here are the key details I saw in my offer and what I’ve heard from others who got a similar one:
How It Works
Targeted Offer: This isn’t a public promotion. It seems like JetBlue and Barclays are sending out customized offers to specific cardholders. This is why the spending requirements and rewards can vary. Some people got an offer for 10 Tiles with a $1,000 spend, while others have to spend more for a different number of Tiles.
Enrollment is Key: You have to actively enroll by a certain date (for me, it was October 15, 2025). If you miss that deadline, you won’t be eligible.
The Spending Period: The promotion has a specific timeframe for your purchases. For me, it was from September 1, 2025, to November 15, 2025. You need to make a specific amount of “Net Purchases” (purchases minus returns and credits) during this window.
The Weird Part About the Expiration
The offer is a bit confusing because it splits the rewards across two different “Mosaic qualifying years.” Half the Tiles you earn will be for the 2025 Mosaic qualifying year and will post 4-6 weeks after the promotion ends. The other half will be for the 2026 Mosaic qualifying year and will post a bit later.
The perks you earn from the 2025 Tiles will expire on December 31, 2026, and the perks from the 2026 Tiles will expire on December 31, 2027.
It’s a great opportunity to get a jump start on elite status, but you’ll want to make sure you can hit the spending goal and that your account stays in good standing.
Has anyone heard what the specific spending requirement and Tile reward are for other offers?
There was the accidental
Citi transferring 1:1 to Accor Live Limitless that was probably the hotel transfer bonus.
