Quick Thoughts
As noted above, this one is restricted to just a few hours — 8am to 11am Pacific, which is 11am to 2pm Eastern time. As usual, purchases in the Gift Cards and Coins & Paper Money categories are excluded, as is Real Estate.
If you were considering a purchase from eBay, 15% is a pretty good discount, and getting it as a discount now is more valuable to me than earning it as eBay bucks that may go forgotten later. Keep in mind that the code is single-use and a maximum value of $100 off — meaning a max order size of about $666.67.
