Amazon.com is offering a $200 Airbnb gift card for $180 with code AIRBNB22. This could be a good way to save a few bucks on an Airbnb stay, just be aware of Airbnb’s slightly odd gift card policies.

Quick Thoughts
This could be an easy $20 savings for an Airbnb regular. Keep in mind though that Airbnb has some restrictions regarding gift cards.
First, once a gift card is loaded to your account, it can’t be transferred to anyone else. If you book a stay and later cancel and would rather give the credit to someone else to use, you can’t do that — you’re stuck with the gift card tied to your account.
Second, many properties allow you to make a deposit and then pay the balance later. You can only use a gift card on the first payment. The payment of the balance later must be made with a credit card even if you have enough gift card money in your account to cover it. I believe there are also situations where you can split the payment among multiple guests (for larger properties), but then only the first person to pay can use a gift card.
All that said, if you’re an Airbnb regular, those limitations may not matter at all to you and this could be a nice little savings that’s worth grabbing. I recommend buying sooner rather than later if you’re interested as Amazon gift card deals like this sometimes sell out.
