I have never heard back from you concerning my 50k miles and $50 bonus when I received my new Gold Card and charged $1000 the first two months. Not a good way to handle retired employees. Offer them a package and then blame American Express when you don’t fullfill your promises.
Richard Vinal Don’t try and find my Gold Card as I was so discussed with Delta I cancelled the card
I have had the Personal Delta Amex Platinum for years. Would a good strategy be to get either the Business or Personal Gold and then cancel the Platinum? Both have the same basic perks……correct. I want the miles.
Yes, that’s a good strategy if the only perk you care about is the miles (the Platinum card also offers an annual companion certificate)
Unfortunately this increased offer seems to have died.
I was targeted by AMEX in the mail so I have a month to decide. Thanks!
