American Express has released a new offer giving a rebate back for stays at Hampton by Hilton or Hilton Garden Inn properties.
The Offer
Get a 1X $35 statement credit by using your enrolled Card to spend $175+ on room rate and room charges, when you pay for your stay at Hampton by Hilton or Hilton Garden Inn (HGI) from 1/17/17 to 3/17/17.

I had a little situation about this offers. I wen to NY and stayed @ Hampton inn . The total charge was about $350. I was planning to use 2 amex cc but ,in order to reserve the room, I could only use one. Since I’m Diamond in Hilton, I requested late check out. The problem is that, at 12 noon, the regular check out time, the payment goes through automatically from the cc used for the reservation. When I tried to pay using 2 CC,…. it became an ordeal of over 1 hour. They had to cancel and reverse the charge, then they couldn’t reinstate the reservation, they had to call headquarters and web tec support. … until they were able to do it. Amex offer went through for both CC, but I didn’t get points from Hilton so…. I called yesterday and it will take about 10 days.

Where to buy Hilton Gift cards at a property? I asked at Hilton Orlando and I think Hilton Hawaiian Village and neither had them. Do Hampton’s and HGI’s stock gift cards at front desk?
Must this be used on a single stay?
On one of my previous Amex offers at Garden Inn I’m pretty sure it triggered after the second stay because I did not meet the minimum spend for the first stay.

This offer is available for my Every Day and SPG cards, but not my Hilton card. Is this purposeful? Any way to add it to my Hilton card? Thanks.
Lucky you to get it on your SPG card. Starwood is a competitor to Hilton. I haven’t heard of anyone else getting it on their SPG card. I also haven’t heard of anyone getting on their Hilton card. Unless it shows up in your list of offers, I don’t think you can add it to your Hilton card.
