Upromise is running a 10% Tuesdays promotion for the next few weeks, with a selection of stores offering 10% back or more. This week’s stores include Etsy (stack with $10 back on $40 or more through the targeted Amex Offer), Macy’s, Petco (there’s a $5 or 500 points back on $25 offer), Dell Small Business, and more. There are some payouts a bit over 10%, including 11% at HP.

Quick Thoughts
First of all, be sure to check payouts against your other options using a tool like CashBackMonitor. Some of the payouts today are better than others. One that stuck out at me was Etsy, as it’s pretty rare to see a payout as high as 10% on Etsy. Looking at the 15-month history, the rate reached 12% one time and doesn’t often reach 10%.
Sweetening the deal, you could stack this with the current targeted Amex Offer for $10 back on $40 or more. I only had that offer on one or two cards, but it means I could buy $44 worth of stuff today for $30 net. That’s a nice discount on a handmade / personalized gift.
Of course, other payouts aren’t as rare (or perhaps aren’t as strong as some other portals) – be sure to comparison shop.
