Quick Thoughts
This Meijer gift card promotion is a good way to save 10% on up to $500 worth of gift cards. Be aware though that the 10% back isn’t an instant discount but is credited towards future shopping trips and has to be redeemed within a certain amount of time. Still, it shouldn’t be too hard to spend $50 on groceries.
I’m new to Meijer and took advantage of a similar promotion for the first time last month. It was easy to earn the 10% back and easy to use it on subsequent visits to the grocery store. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that Meijer had decent pricing on products throughout the store, as that meant the 10% back wasn’t wasted on overpriced groceries.
It’s a shame that Amazon, prepaid gift cards, etc. are excluded, but it can still be profitable from a gift card reselling perspective depending on your reselling relationships.

$500 on Delta gift cards last night that must have been rung up incorrectly, as they all showed zero balance when I tried to use. I have never had an issue with Meijer and gift cards before, but now hopefully the store can sort this mess. UGH.
