Today’s deal of the day for Capital One Shopping and Capital One Offers is Viator. While everyone should see a boosted offer for Viator today, the exact amount can vary from person to person. At the time of writing, I’m seeing 25X miles through a Capital One card account via Capital One Offers or 45% back via the public Capital One Shopping portal. Either is a decent rate for Viator, but we sometimes see Viator go higher yet via Capital One Shopping (as high as 50% or more). You might want to try clicking around in a browser where you have the Capital One Shopping extension installed and keep your eye out for a targeted email offer that might be a bit higher yet.

As noted at the top, we see targeted offers good for 50% back or more a few times each year. I’ve personally booked through Viator for deals at that level or higher. Earning 25X miles or 45% back might not quite be enough to make me actively look for an opportunity to use the offer, but if you have a need to book something and/or highly value the miles, today could certainly be a day for you to look.

When do the bonus miles show up on your account? I made a couple purchases through bonus links but it still just shows 2x

Do you know what the max number means? It says 45% up to $1000 cash back. Is that per transaction? Or per day? Or per person per year? I’m planning a big family trip and each transaction can get pretty close to the $1000 cash back figure by itself. Will doing each booking in a different transaction reset that $1000 max each time?
I clicked thru link on C1S homepage and purchased. Later I realized i wasn’t signed in. Will this still track? I don’t see it under visits. How on earth can they let you click thru without asking if you’re signed in???
I made a few Viator bookings using the Capital One 35x offer last Dec, for travel this October. Now my bookings on Capital One Offers are tracking as inactive, is that normal? Will the status change after I pay and complete the tours in October? Thanks
My account showed 30X at Viator. I booked all of my excursions for a trip to Europe in August. With the 30x + 2x Venture card I should bank close to 38,000 miles. Rakuten shows 20x today but I would have to wait for the miles to post (which would be after the next payout in August) so I wouldn’t get the miles until November. I’ld prefer getting the miles sooner rather than later.

Does this work for multiple bookings? I saw 45% in the Cap1 Shopping account and booked one experience. There’s another experience I’d like to book, and I still see 45% offer. Will it work for the second time, or is it one time use like email links?
I’ve used them multiple times in the past without issue.
