For the last few years, IHG has been offering a 15% discount on award stays at new properties, with different hotels being discounted one, two, and three months ahead of time.
The list of eligible hotels gets updated each month with new properties for three months ahead of time. Unusually though, this time the new set of discounted awards are available for stays through August 31, 2026 (rather than through May 31 as would be expected).

Quick Thoughts
A lot of the new IHG hotels – particularly in the US – aren’t very inspiring seeing as many are for brands like Garner, Candlewood Suites, etc. However, I find it’s always worth perusing the lists because there are sometimes hotels that could be of interest.
For example, there’s a new voco Sandpiper in Port St. Lucie, FL which is an all-inclusive resort, as well as a new Kimpton in Monterey, CA.
Another notable new property is the Ruby Lucy Hotel London (Ruby is a brand IHG acquired last year).
