Now $500 intro bonus on Business Advantage Unlimited Cash Rewards credit card

1

The Business Advantage Unlimited Cash Rewards credit card doesn’t get a ton of attention since it doesn’t have unique features to set it apart from other rewards cards, but it can be a terrific option for a business with a high amount of cash or investment reserves. Better yet, as reported by Doctor of Credit, the introductory bonus is back up to a $500 statement credit after $5,000 in purchases in the first 90 days.

Quick Thoughts

As noted at the top, the introductory bonus on this card has increased once again, making now a good time to consider it if you are on the hunt for cash back bonuses. As this is a business card, it wouldn’t add to one’s 5/24 count, and it has no annual fee.

If you can qualify for Bank of America Preferred Rewards on the business side, this card could be a downright compelling business card to keep and use regularly. That’s because while this card offers a rather ho-hum 1.5% cash back everywhere, that increases to as much as 2.625% cash back everywhere if you have Platinum Honors for business. To be clear, that requires having $100K+ in business accounts with Bank of America/Merrill Lynch/Merrill Edge. If you can meet that threshold, this makes for a great business card for everyday spend.

And, of course, even if you won’t chase business Platinum Honors status, the $500 bonus here could certainly be worthwhile for someone looking to maximize cash back offers.
