It seems like every Tom, Dick, airline, and credit card issuer has their own airport lounge these days. Never one to miss out on a chance to get in the game late, Mastercard has now announced the opening of two new proprietary lounges, one in Hong Kong and the other in São Paulo.
An early 2026 contender for Chase’s “The Edit” award for “Best Awkward Name,” Mastercard’s new lounges are called “Taste by Priceless” or “Taste of Priceless,” depending on location. They feature “chef-curated tasting menus, signature cocktails,” as well as an à la carte menu.
The São Paulo location doesn’t look half bad:

There should be a fair amount of open seating for the foreseeable future, as entry is currently limited to Mastercard’s newish “World Legend” and “World Legend Exclusive” cardholders. That’s a short list in the US, and includes:
- Bilt Palladium
- Citi Strata Elite
- Citi AA Globe (I believe only some of these are issued as World Legend, so assume not all cardholders get access?)
If that’s you and you’re in Hong Kong or São Paulo, you can bring up to three guests into these oases of luxury, so long as you’re within three hours of departure. If you have any other kind of Mastercard, it’s gonna cost you $70-100 a pop…or what you might consider to be a “Tasteless Price.”
If you’re not in Brazil or Hong Kong and have a qualifying card, hold tight. More locations are expected within the next 3-5 years.

A long time until this is broadly usable. Right now their “Priceless” events are “no-price” events pretty much anywhere unless you are in NYC.
