I was also receiving the above error throughout the day yesterday for Custom Message business cards (but only when clicking through from TCB). Per Flyertalk, refreshing the page would correct the problem without effecting TCB tracking. I finally tried it late last night, and the cash back was pending in my TCB account this morning. So if this error continues, I can confirm that refreshing the page works.

I need to take care of minimum spend on newly acquired Citi Prestige. Does Citi impose a fee for AGC purchases? Is there a personalized option for business gift cards? What would be a relatively safe limit for routine monthly AmEx GC purchases?
I believe its safe to use the Prestige card, but I don’t have definitive proof. Yes, to customize business gift cards, select “Custom Message Cards” under the “Business Gift Cards menu. Unfortunately this feature has been broken all day today.

Personalized cards are personal, not business, so I think you will be stuck with just 1.5% unfortunately. What you wanted was “Customized Message Cards” under the “Business Gift Cards” menu. Unfortunately, that has been broken all day.

Any idea how to get Business orders to be accepted by AMEX. My last few tries have all been rejected?

Try a different business. For example, if you tried a business EIN before, but it didn’t work, then try using your own last name as the business and your SSN as the tax id. Or, if you were previously using your SSN, try a real EIN
