Quick Thoughts
This could be a useful offer if you’re planning on booking a trip to Europe at some point in the next few months.
Be sure to note the requirement that travel has to originate in the US and that it has to be booked through Amex Travel, so this sadly won’t work when paying for fees and taxes for award flights booked through one of these programs.
Can you use the offer now then cancel and get a full credit to use later? I understand fares could go up by the time you decide to rebook.
