Best Western has launched a new “leap year” promo and, in true BW style, you only have a few days to make your reservation in order to take advantage of it.
This is a fairly easy one to trigger, as it awards 2,290 points after completing only one stay before June 30th. This appears to stack with Best Western’s other current promo offering a free night voucher after two nights, which could make it much more appealing.
The Deal
- Best Western Rewards members can earn 2,290 bonus points for each stay booked by March 3rd, 2024 and completed by June 30th, 2024.
- Must register for promo prior to stay
- Only valid for stays within the US, Canada and the Caribbean
- Valid up to 10 times

- Best Western Rewards members who book an eligible stay online at bestwestern.com between Thursday, February 29, 2024 and Sunday, March 3, 2024, and complete their stay(s) by Sunday, June 30, 2024 at any Best Western® Hotels and Resorts branded hotel in the United States, Canada or the Caribbean will earn 2,290 Best Western Rewards Bonus Points following completion of the eligible stays.
- A Rewards member can earn 2,290 BWR Bonus Points a maximum of (10) times during the Promotion Period. Please allow 2 weeks for the bonus points to post to your Best Western Rewards account.
Quick Thoughts
Best Western has a habit of releasing promos that must be booked within a couple day period and this one holds to that revered tradition. The offer is just ok, and is better for short stays than longer ones. It gives 2,290 points (I see what they did there) per stay that’s booked by 3/3 and completed by 6/30. You have to register prior to making the reservation and can use the promo up to ten times.
This should also stack with BW’s other Spring promo, which awards a free night voucher if you stay two nights with the chain before 5/5/24. By signing up for both and completing a two night stay before 5/5, you’d get both the points and the voucher. It be even more lucrative if you had two one-night stays as you’d get 4,580 points and a free night.
Neither of these are worth mattress-running, but if you already have travel planned where Best Western is a possibility, it could be a nice win.
