Bilt has announced details of its next Rent Day promotion and it’s another transfer bonus where you could get more than a 100% bonus. The downside is that it’s to Wyndham, so even at the top level it’s not worth it.
The Deal
- Get a bonus when transferring Bilt Rewards points to Wyndham Rewards on April 1, 2026:
- Blue status = 25% bonus
- Silver status = 50% bonus
- Gold status = 75% bonus
- Platinum status = 100% bonus
- Redeem $125 Bilt Cash to increase your bonus by 25% (Platinum members will therefore get a 125% bonus)

Quick Thoughts
We shared yesterday that Wyndham had become a new transfer partner of Bilt Rewards. In that post I speculated that we’d see a transfer bonus to Wyndham on Rent Day in the coming months, but it only took one day for that prediction to come true.
Also in that post, I said that even a 200% transfer bonus wouldn’t be too enticing due to the value of Wyndham points (~0.7 cents per point) and the fact that you can often buy their points that cheaply or even cheaper (e.g. the current sale for 0.65 cents per point). If you have Platinum status in the Bilt Rewards program, you could therefore expect to get ~1.4 cents per point of value from the 100% transfer bonus which is less than our valuation of Bilt points. Even if you redeemed $125 Bilt Cash to boost that rate to a 125% bonus, the Reasonable Redemption Value would only be 1.58 cents per point which still isn’t amazing.
As a result, this coming month’s Rent Day transfer bonus is one that should be avoided if you want to maximize the value you get from your Bilt points.

I had the same prediction too. Bilt follows a typical pattern of launching a new transfer partner and then making them the Rent Day transfer partner for that month. I’m gunna pass on April and hope for a better deal on May.
