Does 5/24 apply?
Gold status. Had card a few years ago. Targeted offer was 50k
I saw the same 50k offer following the link in this article.
BUT, following this other link (buried deep in this post (https://frequentmiler.com/2016/06/06/united-75k-approved-ink-plus-60k-pending/) then login, I saw the 70k offer! Guess the “targeted” is not that sophisticated and based on the user after all.
