Citi is offering a 25% bonus when transferring ThankYou points to Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles. This transfer bonus will be available until February 20, 2019, but be aware of some quirks that could make it hard to redeem those miles for award flights before transferring anything over.

I’m not at all familiar with the Miles & Smiles program, but it looks like they might have several sweet spots. Check out these posts from One Mile At A Time and Upgraded Points for more details on those opportunities, as well as Nick’s post about Miles & Smiles from about 18 months ago which explains how to find their award chart (apparently it was pretty well hidden).
One important thing to note is that awards which include a flight on a partner airline can’t be booked online. You therefore have to show up at one of their ticket offices to finalize the award which makes the process far more inconvenient. They only have 12 ticket offices in North America, with two of those being in Canada.
