American Express and Delta have released increased offers on six of the Delta Amex cards. The business card offers have an expiration date of August 3, 2022, while the consumer card offers are valid until August 24th. These are all on the higher end of the welcome offers that we’ve historically seen on these cards (but, then again, so are Delta award prices).

Historically speaking, these offers are all excellent, but it can be difficult to get too excited given the sky-high award pricing that we’ve recently seen for SkyMiles. That said, over the last couple of years, Delta has routinely had terrific regional flash sales that have been incredible values. Most of my SkyMiles usage has revolved around those sales and I’ve been able to routinely get 2+ cents per point
Even using Pay With Miles (which allows you to redeem SkyPesos for cash at a penny each), these offers would range from $700-$1100 in value, which is high enough to make the cards worth considering.
Remember that each business and personal card is considered a unique product, so it’s possible to get each one without running afoul of Amex’s “once in a lifetime” rule.

Just got a mailer for the 70K offer on the Delta Gold Card with no lifetime language. I’ve been on AMEX’s naughty list for personal cards for several years, but I’ve been able to get business cards in the past year. I applied using the mailer and was instantly approved!
