A reader in our Frequent Miler Insiders group points out that Delta currently has excellent pricing available for Comfort+ on round trip itineraries from Atlanta to Panama City, Panama — with mid-week prices from 10K SkyMiles round trip through early August. I’m not seeing similar prices from other cities, but if you’re in Atlanta or can position there cheaply enough, this could be a solid deal for those who would consider travel to Panama by this summer.
The Deal
- Delta is offering Comfort+ for the same price as basic economy and main cabin on mid-week flights from Atlanta to Panama City, Panama through early August
Quick Thoughts
Unfortunately, I don’t see this available from many cities and I know that many readers may not yet be ready for international travel during the available window. However, for those who can take advantage, 10K miles round trip for Comfort+ is a terrific deal. And it’s widely available midweek until the beginning of August (with similar pricing on other days in select months as well).
That compares quite well to cash prices, which look to be ~$500 on those same 10K round trip dates.
