Delta and Uber launched a partnership last year and there’s a new promotion that could save you up to $80 on Uber rides. To get those savings, you need to enroll in the offer with Delta and fly in Comfort Classic or Comfort Extra by July 19, 2026.

- This offer is open to any Delta SkyMiles® Member who is a United States resident and at least 18 years of age and first enrolls in this promotion via delta.com/myskymiles/promotions and then purchases and completes a qualifying flight between May 11 and July 19, 2026 at 11:59pm EST (the “Promotion Period”). Offer is limited to the first 300,000 enrollments.
- Eligible Delta SkyMiles Members can enroll and then earn a promotional code for Uber after booking a qualifying Delta or Delta connection carrier-marketed and -operated flight in Delta Comfort Classic or Delta Comfort Extra (the “Eligible Flight”) during the Promotion Period with their enrolled SkyMiles account.
- The Eligible Flight must be fully flown and completed during the Promotional Period.
- The Eligible Flight must be a domestic flight originating from an airport in the Continental United States and concluding at a final destination within the Continental United States (for the avoidance of doubt, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories).
- Eligible Flight purchases must be booked in the name of the enrolled Member using the Member’s SkyMiles number through delta.com or the Fly Delta app.
- The Eligible Flight must be purchased in Delta Comfort (i.e., a paid or complimentary upgrade from Delta Main will not qualify).
- Delta Basic experiences and use of certificates or other non-revenue tickets are excluded.
- Award Tickets in Delta Comfort Classic are eligible for this promotion if other eligibility criteria are satisfied.
- If the Eligible Flight satisfies the above criteria, the Member will earn the Uber promotional code.
- Eligible Delta SkyMiles Members can save up to $80 on Uber rides, subject to the terms and conditions of this promotion, which can be applied towards the cost of your next two Uber rides.
- Eligible Members may earn no more than one Uber promo code.
- Maximum discount of $40 per ride, even if qualifying rides are more than $40. For rides less than $40, unused discount will be forfeited.
- Maximum of 2 rides per rider.
- Discount/promo is valid for rides only that begin/end in the United States.
- To activate the promo code, apply it in the Uber app before requesting your ride.
- Discount/promo expires 60 days after application to your Uber account or 11:59 pm ET on September 19, 2026, whichever is sooner.
- Eligible members who apply the code by July 19 will have 60 days to redeem, while those who apply after July 19 will have fewer days to redeem before the September 19, 2026 end date.
- Discount does not apply to surcharges, government fees, tolls, or tips and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
- For accounts with multiple valid promo codes, the promo with the highest savings will automatically apply to a rider’s next trip.
- The user must receive the code via email directly from Delta to qualify.
- The code will be delivered within 7-10 days after completed, qualifying flight.
- One-time use only.
Quick Thoughts
If you’re someone who’s planning to use Uber in the next few months for one or two rides costing $40+, this promotion could offer some decent savings. Seeing as the promo code can save you $40 on up to two rides, it might be worth paying a little extra for Comfort Classic or Comfort Extra in order to obtain the promo code.
