TopCashBack is offering double cash back at a number of retailers today (Monday, June 18th), including 16% back at Home Depot (that’s the highest I remember ever seeing), 20% back at eBags, and quite a few more.

Quick Thoughts
Double Cash Back promotions come and go, but some of today’s retailers are at very strong payouts. For example, I don’t remember ever seeing Home Depot reach 16% before — and indeed CashBackMonitor’s historical information shows it is the highest rate in the past 15 months at least.
Update: Unfortunately, as Mike points out in the comments, the 16% payout is only valid in the following categories:
Home Decor
Tabletop & Bar
Wall Decor
Luggage
Kitchen Carts
Cookware Sets
Textiles
Furniture
Small Appliances
That said, there sure are some nice looking kitchen carts in there [insert shameless plug for my in-laws’ company. Happy birthday to my father-in-law today!].
Other retailers also have strong payouts, with Saks and Saks OFF 5th both matching 15-month highs at 16% back as well. eBags sometimes reaches above its current 20% back rate, but in combination with the Current Amex Offer there, you can put together a solid deal.
If you have any home improvement projects and Home Depot has a competitive price / coupon, it is hard to imagine getting a higher portal payout. As always, shop around to make sure you’re getting a good rate.
