Marriott has launched a new promotion today for its Homes & Villas offering that’s giving 20x points on stays through the end of March. You’ll have to be quick though as reservations have to be made by Friday February 11.

Quick Thoughts
The landing page for this promotion states that you’ll earn 4x points. That’s because Marriott Homes & Villas stays normally earn 5 points per dollar, so during this promotion period you’ll earn a total of 20 points per dollar which is 2-4x the earning rate that you’d normally get at Marriott’s other brands for paid stays.
What’s a little bit of a shame is that Homes & Villas is excluded from Marriott’s other promotion running right now which offers 1,000 bonus points per night and double elite night credits. That’s would’ve been a lovely stack if you could’ve earned 20x plus 1,000 points per night and double elite nights.
I’m not entirely sure if Homes & Villas reservations track ordinarily after clicking through from a shopping portal. It’s certainly worth a try though seeing as TopCashback is offering 6% cashback. Homes & Villas stays don’t show up in normal search results, so you’d need to click ‘Our Brands’ in the menu bar and then click ‘Homes & Villas’. Alternatively, Cashback Monitor lists Honey (the browser extension now owned by PayPal) as offering 5% for Homes & Villas. That’s the only portal listed for Homes & Villas specifically, so that might be a safer option for having your booking track.
If you are interested in this 20x promotion, be aware that you have to book by February 11 for stays through March 31, so that doesn’t leave much time to make a reservation or actually stay in an eligible property. Don’t forget to take advantage of the Marriott Homes & Villas Amex Offer giving $200 back when spending $1,000 if you’re targeted for it and will be spending that much.
