Or gee, “somebody” is unloading mountains of 800-Flowers (baskets) cards via raise for 37% off and more… (and that’s before the commissions) Ah, what a bargain! (and to blazes with the poor suckers, eg, moi, who have even a handful of these miserable gc’s)

Sorry, this entire “game” reeks. I’m among those who tested the waters back when ya’all here were pushing the “lucrative” double-triple whatevers to be had from buying 800-Gift (Flowers) cards via ShopYourWayRewards — and doing so via discoverdeals portal. In theory, as Greg put it, “I won’t spell it out here, but some good deals to be had.”

Right….. and so some soooo confident commenters ran with it…. turned out to be more like a dangerous “ymmv” money loser/waste of time. (still haven’t seen any mia culpas posted on that one here)

Yes, I got the 40% via SYWR — and that’s it. Nothing else panned out (pun intended). DD’s portal failed (as per their t&c’s — which I should have known would be enforced after evading them was brazenly and repeatedly hawked here….. and even worse, unless I imaged it, discover has been a “partner” of this site.)

Been watching/waiting for any decent seller values for the gift card reseller racket to come along …. ah, but the “power-sellers” (including the scripture toting newcomers) seem to have long saturated/killed that market….
