Quick Thoughts
Coupons like $100 off of $200 on flights (which requires round trip purchase) are likely to be nearly impossible to score. That said, according to fool.com, Americans spent more than $70 billion on lottery tickets in 2014 alone. If you’re willing to pay what has been called a “tax on stupidity” (and it’s one I’ve paid many times), I don’t see any harm in a free couple of clicks to try for one of these deals if it might be useful.
That said, Extreme Hotel Deals points out on Twitter that one of the best deals might also be the least flashy: the coupons for $25 off of $50 and $100 off $200 in activities. Since the Expedia portal sells a wide range of activities.
Keep in mind that some of the best deals are only available in the Expedia app. You’ll want to download it / sign in / add your payment info / be ready.
Whether or not you’ll be able to score one of these highly limited-quantity deals will ultimately be a game of chance, but one that doesn’t cost you anything but time. I’ll probably be giving it a shot on Friday / Monday. We’ve added this to our Black Friday Master Post, where you’ll find a constantly-updated list of both deals currently on and announced/coming.

Can’t get the codes to work for activities. Anyone have any luck???
Have you found a code for activities? I don’t think it’s been released yet. Here’s a link to what’s on (new coupons every hour):
https://www.expedia.com/g/rg/black-friday-cyber-monday-global?langid=1033&mcicid=home.topdeals.51688148
If you go down to the bottom of that page it shows 50% off on activities. If you click on that then it shows the redemption that are sold out already… https://www.expedia.com/g/lc/lx-blackcyber?langid=1033&rfrr=page.Global-Merch.rg.black-friday-cyber-monday-global.Deals.PromoCarousel
If you then click on terms/conditions link, it has 100MONDAY as the code. You might be correct as it says not a valid promo code.
If you search google for 100MONDAY Expedia, you can see the same code is for all places around the globe. It shows that it has coupons every hour but I cannot apply… May not be working yet..
So I spent every hour on the hour ready to go with what I thought was a valid code for $100 off $200 worth of activities in a single purchase. It was in their documentation from above the 100MONDAY was a code to put in the promotion field when checking out. Every hour it would say “Please provide a valid code” when I clicked to purchase right at the top of the hour. Every time it would provide the above feedback in red. So I pinged Expedia via twitter and they were not helpful at all as they must have had a canned response for everything today for the reasons WHY customers were not getting any of the deals they had on their web site. I have seen some of the postings on twitter but nothing for the 100 back on activities spend as it was not on the main cyber Monday site but you had to click thru to find it (link posted above for reference). Wondering if there was ANY success as all I saw was disappointment.
