- Awards must be booked by calling their Indonesia Call Center at +62 21 2351 9999.
- Garuda Indonesia is a 1:1 transfer partner of Citi ThankYou. According to some reports transfers take 2 or more days.
- The airline will not hold awards if you don’t have the miles.

Good deal — but seems like a nightmare for anybody traveling over the holidays, which I’m guessing is the vast majority of people that read this. I guess it’s a small gamble given the absurdly low prices, but I’m going to abstain.
