There’s a batch of new Chase Offers for a selection of different Marriott brands that are available at the moment that can save you 10%-15% on your stay.

Quick Thoughts
The Marriott brands I was targeted for were TownePlace Suites, Springhill Suites, Renaissance, and Le Meridien. Past Chase Offers have included other Marriott brands like Residence Inn, so it’s worth checking your offers in case you’re targeted for any different brands instead of/in addition to those.
There are various statement credit limits for these offers. For example, my Renaissance offer gives 15% back when spending at least $100, with a max statement credit of $75. That means I’d max it out when spending $500.
A helpful thing with Chase Offers is that if you’re targeted for the same offer on more than one card, it’s easy to load it to each one. If you have an expensive stay at a participating brand, you can ask the front desk to split payment across two or more cards to earn statement credits on each of them.
