How often do you they put lowes on sale for 20% off? or any other deal that would be equivalent to 20% off etc..
I’d guess that I’ve seen Lowe’s gift cards at 20% off about twice a year or so, if you count other stores (eBay, for example)
1 per transaction limit not being enforced at all. Was able to buy 13 in one transaction each at $40. My local store only had 13 $50 Lowes cards – had being the operative word 🙂 20% discount or sell to Raise.com for money maker. Obviously bought with Ink
