Giftcards.com is offering free shipping on Visa gift cards with the code WELCOME921. I haven’t been able to find an expiration date for the offer, however it was sent to me by a reader who said it is good for today only.

This code erases the $1.99 first class shipping fee on up to 3 $500 Visa gift cards. Note that first class shipping doesn’t come with tracking. If you want tracking then you need to purchase priority mail which costs $7.45 for up to a $2,500 purchase including fees.

Recently Giftcards.com raised the prices for Visa gift cards from $4.95 to $6.95. With the free shipping, the cost for 3 cards comes to $1,520.85. If you have rewards, they can be applied as well.

Hi,

I just saw the max denomination of Visa Gift card is “250”?
Is it temporary or forever? 🙁

raj

Thanks Shawn. Yes i saw that thread , but there was no mention of giftcards.com.

Monday i bought a 25$ gift card from that site and the transaction has been posted, but iam not seeing any points details in the account. How long it will take to get those points posted ? ( Is it only after the statement closes ?)

using Chase freedom we can immediately see how many points was earned once the transaction is posted.

New to this citi att card

Hi Shawn- Buying visa gift cards from giftcards.com using citi att card , do we get 3x points ?

Mark

Is there a list of credit cards that were in charge cash advance fees for the purchase of these and earn rewards? Thanks in advance, learning as quickly as possible.

To add to the list, I have been using Capital One Venture card (earning 2X), Bank of America Alaska (both personal and business) and Chase Sapphire. All of these coded as purchases.

Thank you for the data point regarding Capital One. I was looking for data points and you provided just what I was looking for. I have a Capital One Spark card and buying 4 x $500 of these cards right now, with a 1% cash back portal, is a great way to get the job done underwear style.

crap… they jacked up the fee from $4.95 to $6.95 now…

Thanks for the info!

Can these be unloaded to Serve via the register at Wal-Mart?

fff

nope. these are bancorp and so won’t work at wally.

yurch

Bancorp cards can’t be reloaded at Walmart? Must have been lucky, because I just bought 2, $500 GCs, and loaded them with BB. They assign you PIN when you call to activate.

Anyone else have any knowledge?
