The Points Guy is reporting that several airlines are offering cheap fares between the U.S. and select cities in Italy.

Dates Available: December — May 2017 (some routes are seasonal and not operated during the winter)

View from the Wing is reporting that Philippine Airlines is offering amazing fares between New York and Cebu for as low as $174 roundtrip.
