There’s a new, targeted Chase Offer available that gives 10% back as a statement credit at any Marriott Bonvoy property. The one that I have is valid one time on any purchase of $100-$800 for a maximum statement credit of $80.

Quick Thoughts
This is my favorite of the regular Marriott Chase Offers that come around, as it’s not brand-limited. You can use it at any Marriott property, so long as you spend more than $100 in the transaction.
Unlike Amex Offers that are usually only valid at Marriott Bonvoy properties in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean, Chase Offers are valid anywhere. As a result, if you’re planning on staying in Europe, Africa or Asia, these Chase Offers can be particularly valuable.
It’s also worth noting that, unlike Amex Offers which can only be applied to one card on your account (without some chicanery), Chase Offers can be added to multiple cards. So, even though each offer can only be used once, you could theoretically use it several times if you’re targeted for the same offer on more than one card.

Mine is for Marriott Hotels. Another blogger said that it is only Marriotts, not Courtyard, or other brands under the Marriott brands.
This offer specifically says in the details: “Offer only valid at Marriott Hotels” NOT Marriott properties or Marriott Bonvoy.
I realize that this leaves out the Renaissance offer reads, which includes “Offer not available at other Marriott properties”, but the intent is the same (aka legally deceptive)
Any of the (non-independent hotel) Marriott brand website links will route you back through the Bonvoy website, so never use that as a basis for judging offer links.
I received the offer on multiple Chase cards, but it is literally just on Marriott branded hotels (not JW Marriott or others).
I have a couple on specific brands. I have the Marrriott one too. The brand specific ones say “SpringHill only” very clearly. The Marriott one (which is for all of them), says: “Offer valid… at US Website marriott-hotels.com”.
When I go to that website, it includes Courtyard, Aloft, Moxy, etc…
I get the same thing, but when I click on the top at LOCATIONS, it just gives me the locations of actual Marriotts. I am wondering if the link next to “Start Your Journey” takes you to the generic Marriott booking engine. I had a similar offer a few years ago and tried it at a Le Meridien, and it didn’t trigger. The offer I am seeing doesn’t have the language that Tim quoted above Offer valid at all Marriott Bonvoy brands so even though the economics are the same, I think it is a different offer than the one received by Tim.
I’ve had luck getting the credit to work on gift cards purchases at gifts.marriott.com.
